Fixed seed regeneration bug causing multiline values to be truncated

1- Regenerated all 31 seed files (EN + 30 languages) with correct multiline content
Bug Fixes
2- Fixed seed regeneration bug: multiline values (terms of service, placeholders) were truncated at first newline due to missing -R record separator in Python scripts
- All 23 affected translation keys (terms.*, placeholder keys) now have complete values in seed files
