Migration carries forwarders, permissions and mail routing correctly

cPanel forwarders that have no mailbox behind them — the ordinary info@ redirect — are now migrated instead of being silently dropped.
A migrated site is no longer served from a document root the web server cannot read, which returned 403 and also blocked Let's Encrypt validation. File permissions the customer brought with them are left untouched.
cPanel subdomains and addon domains are discovered with their real document roots, so their files travel with the account.
Extra FTP accounts on a cPanel source are migrated; the account's own login and internal log-access users are correctly left out.
Mailbox size limits are read correctly and applied on the target. A mailbox that is unlimited on the source arrives unlimited.
The SPF record is updated to authorise the new server, so outgoing mail keeps passing SPF once DNS moves.
A forwarder is no longer imported twice, and the domain catch-all is carried across.
Databases and cron jobs that belong to a cPanel account are offered once instead of on every domain, so migrating a second site no longer fails on a duplicate database.
DirectAdmin: mailbox quotas and an external catch-all are now migrated.
Deleting a domain now stops the server from accepting and forwarding its mail immediately, instead of waiting for an unrelated change.
Webmail asks the mail server how folders are nested instead of assuming. Nested folders display correctly again and can be created from Roundcube.
