1- Telegram agent start, stop, and test actions are now handled through the config update endpoint alongside the enabled and test fields, improving reliability for clients that block action-specific requests.
Bug Fixes
2- Telegram AI agent replies now use plain-text Telegram formatting with no emoji and no tables or HTML markup.
- Removed emoji from Telegram agent error and status messages.
