Fixed a mail import reliability issue affecting very large mailboxes.
Bug Fixes
2- Added the missing I/O timeout on the destination (local Dovecot) connection during mail import, matching the source-side timeout.
- The envelope-scan phase of mail import now runs in bounded batches instead of one huge command, so mailboxes with tens of thousands of messages no longer stall. Verified on a real 21,733-message mailbox.
