Secure phpinfo viewer and plan-aware PHP resource limit pre-fill in domain creation
Improvement
1- The domain creation form now pre-fills PHP resource limits (memory, execution time, upload size, worker count) from the plan assigned to the user, reducing manual input.
Bug Fix
1- The phpinfo button on the domain list now opens phpinfo output in a new tab. The content is generated securely on the server using the domain actual PHP version and limits — no phpinfo.php file is written to the public web root.
