An Update button for installed Node.js versions, and a clearer warning before a DNS zone reset
New Feature
1- Node.js > Versions: an installed version whose line has a newer release shows a "new release available" badge and an Update button. The confirmation says which release it moves to and that running applications on that version are restarted.
Improvements
2- DNS: the warning shown before "Start over from defaults" now also says that the address records of the domain's subdomains are created again.
- This version needs Panelica 1.0.569 or later and is offered only to servers running it.
