Fixed a crash that turned the panel into a blank white screen in the WordPress Toolkit.
Improvement
1- Added an application-level error boundary so unexpected UI errors now show a recoverable error card instead of a blank page.
Bug Fix
1- Fixed a crash that turned the panel into a blank white screen when a WordPress plugin or theme directory name contained dots or other special characters, on the WP Toolkit Plugins, Themes, and Updates pages.
