Fixed unresponsive Telegram AI agent buttons in the Desktop app.
Bug Fix
1- Desktop Telegram app Start, Stop, and Send-test buttons now use the config update request instead of separate action requests, fixing cases where browser privacy extensions silently blocked the buttons from working.
