Restores the missing Snapshot restore action for non-root roles and stops the Panelica name appearing in the browser tab on white-labelled panels.
Bug Fixes
2- Fixes the Restore button on the Snapshots page being hidden from every role except ROOT. Administrators, resellers and users could see Pin and Delete on a snapshot row but had no way to restore it, even though the backup.snapshots.restore permission and the restore endpoint already allowed them. The button now follows that permission like every other action on the row.
- Fixes the browser tab still showing the Panelica name on white-labelled panels. Around 60 pages built their tab title with the brand written into the page itself, which slipped past the white-label check because the resulting title already looked correctly branded. Tab titles now always end with the panel's own brand name.
