Email Settings now shows a dedicated warning when the anti-spam scanning service is not running, and the Postfix spam-action selector matches the Protection tab.
New Feature
1- New warning shown in Email Settings when anti-spam is enabled but the scanning daemon (spamd) is not running, so admins know mail is not actually being filtered.
Bug Fix
1- Postfix tab spam-action selector now matches the Protection tab (junk/tag/discard).
