1- Corrects a packaging defect where the previously published 8.5.8 build actually contained 8.5.7 binaries; all bundled extensions are preserved.

1- Updated to PHP 8.5.10, applying upstream security fixes from the 8.5.8, 8.5.9 and 8.5.10 releases.
