FTP account auto-creation fixed for USER/RESELLER domain paths

Fixed: the default FTP account auto-created when a USER/RESELLER creates a domain failed with a permission error; a domain's own folder is no longer treated as a custom FTP path (arbitrary custom paths still require permission).
