Legacy PHP shim scripts are refreshed automatically on startup so recent container fixes reach already-installed PHP versions.
Bug Fix
1- Legacy PHP (5.6-7.4) shim scripts are now rewritten on every backend startup to match the current build, instead of only when a PHP version is first installed. This ensures the recent MySQL socket fix for those shims reaches servers where the PHP version was installed before the fix shipped, without requiring the user to remove and reinstall it.
