Improvement
1- Includes everything in 1.0.571: the English names of the VPS Manager pages and features on the permission screens.
Bug Fix
1- Applying an update from the terminal with "panelica package apply <package>" failed with a validation error on every package, because the command sent only the package name while the endpoint also needs the version, the download URL and the service path. It now reads the row from the update check first, exactly as the panel's own button does, and says "No update available" when there is nothing to apply. The panel interface was never affected.
