Panel Backend

v1.0.574

Patch Released October 29, 2026

An empty nameserver field stays empty, and mail certificates ignore hostnames that point elsewhere

Improvements

2
  • When the panel cannot determine its own addresses, nothing is left out, so existing installations keep behaving exactly as before.
  • Includes everything in 1.0.573.

Bug Fixes

2
  • Settings > General: the primary and secondary nameserver fields can now be left empty, as the help text under them says. Until now, on a server with no DNS zones — which is exactly how a server looks when its domains use external DNS — the panel treated that as a brand-new install and filled the fields in again from the server hostname on every start, so the choice could never be kept. The fields are now left alone once the initial setup has been completed.
  • Mail SSL certificate: a certificate request covers mail, webmail, autoconfig and autodiscover for the domain. If autoconfig or autodiscover still point at a previous hosting provider, that provider answers the verification with a 404 and the whole request fails — taking the mail and webmail names with it. Those names are now left out of the request unless they point at this server, so the certificate is issued for the names that do.
