Adds the Laravel Toolkit UI for managing Laravel applications from the panel.
New Features
3- Laravel Toolkit UI: a Projects hub, a create wizard with automatic domain/subdomain setup, and an app detail view with Overview, Composer, Deploy, Queues, Scheduler, Env, and Logs tabs, each with contextual help.
- Added an Artisan console with command history, copy support, and confirmation for dangerous commands, plus a Composer panel with version-aware package presets.
- Added a new sidebar entry for Laravel Toolkit with its own permission category.
Improvement
1- Removed 10 unused demo components left over from the UI template.
Bug Fixes
5- Backend error and success messages no longer show a raw translation key; this now works correctly across all 31 supported languages.
- The confirmation for dangerous Artisan commands now shows a proper warning dialog instead of a delete-style dialog.
- Composer install no longer reports success when it actually failed.
- Replaced a hardcoded English \"Domain limit reached\" message and other hardcoded strings with translations.
- A deleted app now shows a proper not-found card instead of a raw internal ID.
