2- API key creation no longer pre-selects any scope by default (least-privilege); added dynamic scope search (by name, description, or category) in both create and edit modals.

1- Added a warning (and one-click panel SSL issuance) when the panel is accessed by IP address instead of its hostname.
Bug Fixes
3- Dashboard: fixed the IP/SSL warning row overflowing and made it a single click to issue the panel SSL certificate.
- Fixed the chart-style dropdown not scrolling to the selected style when opened.
- Fixed panel SSL getStatus/renew/upload returning undefined due to a double-unwrap bug.
