A paused server migration no longer looks like it is silently running.
Bug Fix
1- The migration progress screen now mirrors the source server status field instead of freezing on the last received progress percentage. When a migration pauses (for example after the connection drops mid-transfer), the panel now shows an explicit paused notice instead of appearing to still be in progress.
