Bug fixes for Cloudflare zone fetching and user deletion FK constraint
Bug Fixes
5- Fixed Cloudflare zones endpoint to fetch from ALL credentials instead of only the first one (was showing partial zones, e.g. 3 out of 15)
- Fixed subdomain Cloudflare auto-sync to search all configured credentials instead of stopping at first match
- Added FetchZonesForCredential() as a public wrapper method for external use
- Fixed user deletion FK constraint violation on file_audit_logs table (ON DELETE SET NULL migration 000393)
- Made FileAuditLog.PerformedBy field nullable to allow cascaded null on user deletion
