Fixed Plesk database migration failing with access denied error.
Bug Fix
1- Plesk migrations now authenticate database transfers with the correct MySQL account (admin or root, whichever actually matches the stored password) instead of always assuming root, fixing an Access denied failure that stopped the database transfer.
