Anti-spam scanning is now reliably enabled and reported, closing a gap where mail was delivered unscanned.
Improvements
2- The antispam status API now reports the scanner as active only when spamd actually answers on its port, not just when the filter is wired to Postfix.
- Disabling anti-spam stops spamd and its rule-update timer again; re-enabling restarts both automatically.
Bug Fixes
2- Anti-spam: spamd is now enabled and started automatically on startup and on every email settings save, so the Postfix content filter actually scans mail instead of delivering it unscanned while the panel still showed anti-spam as active.
- The Postfix tab spam-action selector (junk/tag/discard) now matches the Protection tab; reject no longer silently drops spam without notice.
