VPS Manager: ROOT links any domain to any VPS, as with Docker containers

6- This is a beta release. Problems may occur: please try it on a server you can watch before relying on it. VPS Manager is a beta: use it only as you need it.
- ROOT can now link any domain or subdomain of the server to any VPS, and unlink it, as with Docker containers. Administrators and resellers can link the domains of the accounts they manage, and users their own domains.
- The domains offered for linking are grouped by account, the VPS owner's first, each domain followed by its subdomains; a linked domain of another account shows that account's user name.
- The list of domains offered for linking now loads quickly on servers with many domains.
- API: the candidates and the links of a VPS include the domain owner's user name (owner).
- Contains every change of 1.0.563 (beta).
