4- Fixed a suspended account nginx configuration that could generate a duplicate location / block, breaking nginx config reload for the whole server.
- Fixed a crash (empty response, HTTP 500) when creating a database on an account with no assigned plan.
- Fixed subdomain PHP-FPM pools not being restored after certain updates; they are now recreated automatically.
- Fixed the nginx open-file resource limit not being applied to the running service.
