The login screen opens straight away in a tab that was managing another server, instead of waiting a minute.

4- The login screen no longer sits on "Starting your panel, please wait…" for up to a minute. In a tab that was managing another server, the panel's own first-run status check was being routed to that server, which asks for a session the visitor does not have yet. The check now always asks this panel.
- A refused status check is treated as a definitive answer instead of "the backend is still starting", so the login form appears immediately rather than after thirty retries.
- The SSL and hostname advice still reads the managed server it is about to issue a certificate for, so nothing changes for anyone managing a second server from one window.
- The live transfer-updates socket no longer reconnects without a session. After the backend restarts it falls back to polling until you are signed in again, instead of opening a connection it cannot authenticate.
