The login screen opens straight away in a tab that was managing another server, instead of waiting a minute.

The login screen no longer sits on "Starting your panel, please wait…" for up to a minute. In a tab that was managing another server, the panel's own first-run status check was being routed to that server, which asks for a session the visitor does not have yet. The check now always asks this panel.
A refused status check is treated as a definitive answer instead of "the backend is still starting", so the login form appears immediately rather than after thirty retries.
The SSL and hostname advice still reads the managed server it is about to issue a certificate for, so nothing changes for anyone managing a second server from one window.
The live transfer-updates socket no longer reconnects without a session. After the backend restarts it falls back to polling until you are signed in again, instead of opening a connection it cannot authenticate.
