BIND 9.20.30 replaces the 9.18 line, which stopped receiving releases on 17 June 2026: 27 security fixes published since then are in 9.20 only.

The package is self-contained: OpenSSL 3.5.9, liburcu, libuv, libxml2 and libmaxminddb travel with it, so nothing has to be installed on the server and all nine supported systems run the same code.
Checked on all nine supported systems: the configuration Panelica writes parses, zones are served and transferred only where allowed, the recursion ACL refuses a source it does not allow, rndc reloads a zone without a restart, and DNSSEC signing, verification and serving work end to end.

BIND moves to 9.20.30. The 9.18 line ended with 9.18.50 on 17 June 2026; the 27 security fixes ISC published after that date exist only in 9.20 and are listed on this release.
