Changelog
The Changelog page shows the release history of Panelica right inside your panel, so before (or after) you update you can see exactly what changed. It is pulled live from Panelica Central, the same source that publishes the updates themselves.

Each release is a card, newest first, showing:
- The version and its release date.
- A type badge, major, minor, patch or security, so a security release stands out (with a shield icon).
- A Latest badge on the newest release.
- The list of changes, each tagged by kind:

The header shows how many releases are listed and the latest version at a glance.
How it relates to updates
The changelog is informational, reading it does not update anything. To actually apply a version, use System Updates. The natural flow is: check the changelog to see what a release contains (especially any Breaking or Security tags), then go to System Updates to apply it. A security-tagged release is the one to apply promptly.
Access
The Changelog is visible to any signed-in user, it is read-only release information with nothing sensitive, so it isn't restricted to ROOT. Applying updates, by contrast, is limited to ROOT and ADMIN.
